We attempt to be as accurate as possible in describing our products, including materials, dimensions, and finish. However:

Because many of our products are 3D printed to order, minor variations in color, texture, or finish between units are normal and are not considered defects.

5. Customization

Certain products (such as items ordered under the "Customize" option) are made according to specifications you provide, including but not limited to nameplate background color, text color, and text content.

You are responsible for the accuracy of any text or information you submit for customization, including spelling and formatting.
Once a customized order is placed, it enters production and cannot be modified, cancelled, returned, or refunded, except in cases of manufacturing defect or shipping damage, as described in our Return and Refund Policy.
